Incorrect image shown by Google for Search query “CM of Maharashtra”. Surprising, Google is showing incorrect information! Well, we all know Google Search engine is on the top of all search engines.
Google is frequently introducing new algorithms for better search result and shows the quality content on the top for better users experience. Even though all of these algorithms released, Google is showing incorrect search results for some search query. Google Search Result for “cm of Maharashtra”
Today, I searched for “CM of Maharashtra” and it was surprising Google search result. The top Google search result was for Wikipedia ‘s “List of Chief Ministers of Maharashtra” for the search query “cm of Maharashtra” and which was expected search result. But there was incorrect image used with the top result for the search query “cm of Maharashtra” as shown below.
Which is totally incorrect Google search result for this query. As you all can see, the photograph for this Google search query is for Mr. Sharad Pawar, who is former CM of Maharashtra as well as Chairman of the Board of Control for Cricket in India from 2005 to 2008. Sharad Pawar is president of the Nationalist Congress Party. I’m not sure why image for this search query is for Mr. Sharad Pawar and title for this section is Mr. Devendra Fadanvis.
Expected result for Google Search query “cm of Maharashtra”
“Devendra Fadnavis” is current Chief Minister of Maharashtra (one of the state in India) and who is member of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) & RSS and was also the president of the Maharashtra state unit of the BJP.
This search result was not expected by Google Search Engine at least after releasing all of these Google algorithms. Anyways, everyone can makes mistakes and there is always hope/scope for improvement, even if it’s Google. Let’s see when they will fix this issue.
